Primary Care
We begin with a comprehensive intake to obtain past medical history, current medications, labs as well as your stated health goals and priorities.
For women dealing with symptoms of perimenopause and menopause who have felt unheard about the severity of their symptoms and reduced quality of life MENOPAUSE HORMONE TREATMENT can and should be addressed in primary care. We can refer for specialty consults if deemed clinically necessary.
Mental Health
We integrate mental health history in all initial appointments and provide specialized follow up if clinically indicated. Physical health is mental health. If you address one and not the other the result is incomplete and fragmented care.

Stay In Your Cortex partnered with Ardent Counseling Center accepts most major insurance carriers. If dealing with insurance companies is one reason you are here we also accept payments under the value-based care model.
